Which payment methods do you accept?

We take all credit and debit cards including American Express (AMEX). Additionally you can pay via PayPal or cheque, and we give you the option to place orders either online or over the phone.

Customers in the USA can also use JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Our Payment gateways are designed to be PCI compliant, fully encrypted and served via SSL/TLS security.

What if the product I order isn't in stock?

In the highly unlikely event that you place an order for an out of stock product, then you will be contacted immediately and offered either a full refund, alternative item, or a date for when delivery can take place. The Harmonica Company have close relationships with our suppliers and this gives us the ability to get the required product to you in unfortunate circumstances.

Are your products genuine?

Yes, all of our products are bought from the official UK distributors and carry all the official relevant warranties. We do not purchase any ‘grey imports’.

What if my order is lost by the post office our courier?

We are responsible for your order until the moment it reaches your hands in perfect condition. If the courier loses it we will get it replaced immediately and re-sent to you. You can always contact The Harmonica Company, please check our opening hours on our contact page here

Can I come and collect goods from your warehouse in the UK?

Yes, we hold stock in our UK based warehouse and if you make prior arrangements, then we will take cash-on-collection. Please call The Harmonica Company today to check our stock availability (check contact details here)

How quickly will my order arrive?

Our pick and pack staff will send your order within hours (or even minutes) of receiving it. If you’re UK based it will arrive in under 48 hours (24 hours with our express delivery option). Orders outside the UK will take slightly longer (USA for example will usually take 3 days). The Harmonica Company believe you should have your orders as quickly as possible and it is our mission to offer the best service in the online harmonica shopping World.

What if my order is damaged in transit?

You will have the choice of a replacement or full refund. The Harmonica Company believes customer service is extremely important, and we want to try and offer the best service possible. You can always call us, our opening hours and contact details can be found here

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No, The Harmonica Company will never charge restocking fees.

Who pays for return postage?

If any item is faulty or damaged we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you simply change your mind after ordering you will be responsible for the return costs.

How do you ship your goods?

We send our harmonica goods/products using either Royal Mail, or Interlink express couriers. It will be your choice at checkout; usually either standard delivery (Free in the UK) or Courier delivery (Next day). Orders outside of Europe are sent using UPS. Remember we ship Worldwide.

Which countries do you deliver to?

The Harmonica Company are proud to be able to offer Worldwide shipping, we can deliver to all countries in the World. Our mission is to offer the best priced and easiest shipping process in the online harmonica shopping world.

What if I'm not in when my order is delivered?

You will be offered an opportunity by the courier to re-deliver, or you can leave instructions for alternative delivery options (e.g. leave with neighbour etc). The Harmonica Company believe the delivery process should be as easy to manage as possible, we choose our couriers specifically to offer the best service.

Are my credit card details safe when I enter them on your website?

Yes, our website uses up to date security and 64-bit encryption to ensure all your personal details are kept 100% safe. We are PCI compliant which means we’ve passed various tests set by the card industry standard. The site is served over HTTPS (SSL/TLS)

Will you share my personal details or email address with any other companies?

No, absolutely not. We’ll never sell your details to any organisation and we will only contact you after your purchase if you’ve asked us to.

Can I return a product I've bought for a full refund?

Yes, any item bought from us can be returned if you’ve changed your mind. However due to the nature of our products, a Harmonica can not be returned if it’s been opened.
