We can ship our products to almost every country in the world. We have secured highly competitive shipping rates with UPS™ to the USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and beyond. Shipping to these destinations can take place in under ten days from the time of order.

Express Service

We offer 'Express Delivery' on all our products, in the UK this means Guaranteed Next Day Delivery, 48hrs to Ireland, within 3-4 days for the rest of Europe and within 10 days to most of the World. Our mission is to provide the fastest service in the online harmonica shopping World.

Shipping/Delivery Schedule

Orders placed before 3:00pm will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3.00pm will be shipped the following working day. We ship orders Monday to Friday. All orders received on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday excluding UK bank holidays. Orders over £50 in the UK get a free shipping option, or our express delivery, which guarantees next working day delivery in the UK.

UK Delivery Services

UK orders will be shipped using either Interlink Express®, FedEx UK® (Residential), UPS™ (Business) or Royal Mail®. All orders are shipped securely and fully insured by us. In the event of lost or damaged orders it is we, not you, who bear full responsibility for sorting things out and getting a resolution as quickly as possible.

Express Shipping Options

Orders received before 3.00pm that have selected Express deliver will be placed on a Guaranteed Next Day Service. This guarantee covers UK mainland only and excludes British islands and some areas of the Scottish Highlands. One Hour Delivery Window

The Harmonica Company are pleased to be working alongside Interlink Express to get your orders to you. On the day of delivery, they will email or text you a one hours window as to when they are scheduled to deliver your order. You can also follow where your driver is on his schedule down to the last 15 minutes of this window. This is an interactive service that allows you to give alternative delivery instructions or change the date of delivery. Gone are the days of sitting at home waiting for the courier. Shipping to Ireland and the rest of Europe

We offer very competitive shipping rates to the Republic of Ireland (Interlink Express®) mainland Europe (UPS™). With our Express Courier option we can usually ship to Ireland within 48 hours from dispatch and the rest of Europe within 3 to 4 days. If your order arrives damaged or the goods are faulty we will arrange to have your order collected and a replacement delivered as soon as possible. All orders, large and small are covered by this policy. Damaged consignments must be reported immediately.

If you change your mind

For up to 30 days after your original purchase you are welcome to change your mind and return the goods to us for a refund or exchange. Under these circumstances you will be required to return the goods to us in the same condition they arrived in.
