The SESSION STEEL Summer Edition 2018 is presented with a bold look and superior technical reliability, excellent playability and a fantastic sound.
As with the standard Session Steel, the Summer Edition features German silver reed plates with stainless steel reeds. These offer exceptional tone and durability - some players have reported reed lifespans four times greater than some harps with traditional brass reeds.
The comb and cover plate design ensures excellent air tightness and helps to make this a very beard and lip friendly harmonica. As with all Seydels, build quality is excellent and they sound as good as they look!

About Seydel
Seydel is the world's oldest extant manufacturer of harmonicas, and can trace its history back to the 1840s. The location of its factory in East Germany, however, meant that it was subsumed into the state owned musical instrument company in the 1950s, and remained that way until the reunification of Germany in the 1990s.
