The Seydel Session Standard Harmonica is a diatonic harp with a plastic comb and stainless steel covers. A fantastic blues harp that is ideal for beginners. The Session Standard shares the same construction as the more expensive Session Steel model; the only difference is that the Standard comes with brass, rather than stainless steel, reeds. The reed plates from the Session Steel are interchangeable with the Session Standard, so it's possible to upgrade to these in the future, should you wish to. All Seydel harmonicas are manufactured in Germany, so the Session Standard represents one of the of the most cost-effective entry points to a quality German made diatonic.
