Fender Harmonicas

Fender, a name synonymous with iconic electric guitars and amplifiers, such as the Stratocaster, Telecaster and Twin Reverb, ventured into the harmonica world in recent years with the introduction of a range of diatonic harps.

Who Manufactures Fender Harmonicas?

To bring this vision to life, Fender collaborated with renowned Chinese harmonica manufacturer, Easttop, producing two main lines of diatonic harmonic: the entry level Blues Deluxe and the more expensive Blues Deville, both named after classic Fender amps

Fender Blues Deluxe

The Fender Blues Deluxe is the less expensive of the two main ranges, and is similar in price and construction to entry level harmonicas from Hohner, such as the Blues Bender. It features chrome cover plates, a durable and moisture resistant ABS comb, and has a bright and lively tone, allowing easy access to bends.

Fender Blues Deville

The Fender Blues Deville is a significant step up in price from the Deluxe, and, as such, is aimed at the more experienced player, although its easy going nature makes it perfectly suited to beginners too. Phosphor bronze reeds, typically only found on Suzuki harmonicas, are super durable and provide and bright and clear tone. It also has exceptional airtightness, making bends easier than on many comparable harmonicas

Are Fender Harmonicas Any Good?

Fender harmonicas are manufactured by Easttop, which is a company trusted by top players, such as Brendan Power, to produce high quality instruments. As such, the quality of Fender harmonicas is excellent, and the company's concentration on just two models of diatonic means that they have been able to ensure that playability and tone are top rate.

Timeless Fender Design

In addition to their exceptional sound and playability, Fender Harmonicas exhibit the company's unmistakable aesthetic appeal. Reflecting the iconic Fender design language, the harmonicas feature sleek finishes, chrome-plated covers, and Fender's distinctive logo, exuding a sense of timeless elegance and authenticity. These instruments not only sound great but also look great in the hands of musicians.

Fender Harmonica Multipacks

The Blues Deluxe and Blues Deville are available in a range of individual keys, and for players looking for a full complement of harmonicas, the multipacks of three and seven harmonicas in the most popular keys, offer a significant saving over buying the keys individually, and also come with durable harmonica cases.

Fender Harmonica Holder

Harmonica holders make playing the harmonica at the same time as other instruments, such as the guitar, possible. Fender's harmonica holder is a simple and well designed product that will work with almost any 10 hole harmonica, and is adjustable for height and comfort.

Fender Harmonica Amplifiers

Although Fender does not produce and specific amp models for harmonicas, some of the most famous harp players have used Fender amps, such as the classic Bassman, over the years. The company's small tube amps, such as the Pro Junior and Blues Junior, continue to be popular with harmonica players seeking the classic overdriven sound of a valve amplifier, and are a great choice for those with a mid level budget. Despite their small size, these amps pack a serious punch, and can easily be used for gigs.
