Excellent customer service! My recent purchase required a couple of alterations in details and they were very responsive about it. Despite the changes in the order, the item actually arrived earlier than expected!

15 Keys available

Play fast runs and Irish tunes on your harmonica The SESSION STEEL Major Cross from Tony Eyers makes fast tunes easier to play. The instrument was developed for fast bluegrass and Irish tunes. It’s also useful for Irish Folk, Scottish Reels, Jigs, Country tunes and all kind of flute and fiddle tunes. Explore the possibilities of this new tuning. The MAJOR CROSS tuning, developed by Tony Eyers, allows a major scale to be played in second (or cross) position without any bending. While many players use second position, they often find traditional tunes challenging, due to the bending/overblowing needed for some notes. MAJOR CROSS eliminates this problem. Moreover, as bending/overblowing is generally not needed, MAJOR CROSS harmonicas are well suited to the fast speeds common with traditional fiddle tunes.        ... Read more

Fender Blues Deville Harmonica

£37.99

7 Keys available

The Fender Blues Deville Harmonica is Fender's top line diatonic, featuring phosphor bronze reeds, a durable ABS comb and a cool matte black and gold finish, not dissimilar to Hohner's Pro Harp. Build quality and tone are excellent, and bending is easy with the phosphor bronze reeds. The Fender Blues Deville Harmonica features an ABS comb, which is extremely resistant to moisture and swelling and can be easily cleaned. Reeds are phospor bronze - usually found only on Suzuki harmonicas. These give a rich, bright tone, with exceptional durability. Some players have reported lifespans significantly greater than traditional bronze reeds. Available in a range of 7 standard major keys: C, D, E, F, G, A and Bb. Also available as a 7 harp set, which is priced at a level that is significantly cheaper than buying all 7 keys individually This diatonic 10-hole harmonica offers the classic sound and long-lasting reliability of any genuine Fender instrument. Players who are looking for an entry level diatonic should check out the Fender Blues Deluxe, which features replaceable brass reeds, a durable ABC comb, and cool retro looks at a great price point. About Fender Fender Musical Instrument Corp can trace it origins to Fender Radio Service, which repaired and maintained  PA systems and radio equipment in the late 1930s and 1940s. Experiments with the lap steel guitar in the 1940s led to them becoming Fender Instruments, and  producing one of the earliest solid body electric guitars - the Telecaster. This led to the development of their most famous guitar - the Stratocaster - which helped to shape popular music throughout the 1960s and beyond. Harmonicas are a relatively recent product line from Fender, but the their experience in instrument design and manufacturing has allowed them to hit the ground running with their harmonicas and related equipment - The Blues Deville really is an excellent harp that's worthy of the Fender name.... Suzuki Olive Harmonica

The Suzuki Olive harmonica has modern slightly vented cover-plates that have a bright olive colour, achieved through the use of a high tech process that doesn't utilise any colouring material, ensuring lasting durability and a clear tone. Hybrid Wood-Resin Comb Historically, most harmonicas had wooden combs. This type of comb provides a warm tone, but is prone to absorbing moisture, leading to warping and deformation over time. Many manufacturers responded to this problem by creating a plastic comb, which solves the issue of expansion, but which results in a different tone to wood. Suzuki, in contrast, created a wood-resin composite material for the comb, which is composed of over 50% wood fibres encased in impermeable resin. This provides the tone of a traditional wooden harmonica with the swell resistance of plastic. First utilised on the popular Manji diatonic, this comb has been widely praised by players. Made in Japan Air-tightness is incredibly important in producing a harmonica that is both easy to play and responsive. Suzuki harmonicas use state of the art manufacturing processes to ensure an extremely high level of airtightness. As a consequence, the  Suzuki Olive responds rapidly to quick phrases, and provides excellent responsiveness to bends. Suzuki is unique in its utilisation of a welded-reed process, which ensures an extremely high level of accuracy of reed attachment and reed/slot alignment. This enables the reeds to respond to advanced techniques, such as over-blowing, to achieve consistently rich and exciting sounds. These achievements are a consequence of Suzuki's adherence to the Japanese tradition of 'Kaizen', which involves seeking continual, incremental improvements in all areas of a harmonica's production, from manufacturing through to assembly and quality control. Tone-wise, the Olive is similar to the Manji, with which it shares the same composite comb material. It's vent design, however, is different, which gives it a subtly warmer sound. Warning: It has come to our attention that counterfeit Suzuki Harmonicas are being offered for sale through overseas sellers. Please do not fall victim to these illegal sellers of Suzuki Harmonicas. All our Suzuki range have been purchased directly from the official Suzuki distributors. ... Read more
