Excellent customer service! My recent purchase required a couple of alterations in details and they were very responsive about it. Despite the changes in the order, the item actually arrived earlier than expected!

BlowsMeAway Bulletini Harmonica Microphone

£192.95
The BlowsMeAway Bulletini Harmonica Microphone is "The tiny bullet harmonica mic with the great big tone". Blues harp players love bullet-shaped mics, however they can often be too big, heavy and difficult to cup, which is essential for creating a great tone. With the BlowsMeAway Bulletini Harmonica Mic, there's finally a small enough bullet mic with huge tone, thanks to The Heumann Elementtm There have been sub-sized harp mics on the market for years. Some favourite vintage elements - Shure CM and CR's, Shure, Astatic and Brush crystals - don't fit shells much smaller than the traditional "JT30-size" bullets. In order to produce smaller mics, builders resort to using small, inferior elements. Their sound just doesn't measure up to the BlowsMeAway Bulletini Harmonica Microphone. The Bulletini is different, because it uses The Heumann Elementtm. The Heumann Element is a brand new high impedance dynamic element developed specifically for harp players. It is in fact the ONLY element ever developed specifically for harp. It is made from a modern vocal mic element to which I make both mechanical and electrical modifications.  It has big, fat tone with plenty of bass. Ronnie Shellist says it reminds him of a vintage Ceramic element but with more output. So far it makes every small amp it has been tested with, including Kalamazoo, Memphis Mini and the Harp Train 10 sound better than anything else I know. The BlowsMeAway  Bulletini helps beginners and intermediate players alike sound better, nevertheless pro harp players enjoy it too. Just ask Billy Branch, Jon Gindick, Adam Gussow, Deak Harp, Aki Kumar, JJ Milteau, Darrell Nulisch, Charlie Musselwhite, Mickey Raphael, Andy Santana, Ronnie Shellist, Hank Shreve... and the list keeps on growing! Rackit! cups the mic for you! This model doesn't come with the amazing Bulletini™ - you can use your existing Bulletini in this Rackit. Includes Bulletini mounting screws and 1.5mm wrench Stunning tone! 3 Tone Modes: “Huge”, “Fat” and “Bright” - Switch easily between them during performance Fits most popular 10-hole harmonicas* Fits most popular racks* 3D printed, soft and flexible material unlikely to harm your harps Incorporates the legendary Bulletini™ microphone (not included in this model - it is designed to convert your existing Bulletini) Switch harps easily and quickly Wired or Wireless operation Allows a deeper embouchure than some racks permit (more harp in your mouth) Use amplified or acoustic, in a rack or hand held Light weight, low profile - see your guitar's neck! Supro 1605R Reverb 1 x 8 Amp

Supro 1605R Reverb 1 x 8 Amp

£1,048.99

Out of stock

The Supro 1605R Reverb 1 x 8 Amp is a 5-Watt, 1 x 8 combo amp with tube-driven spring reverb. This ultra-compact and gig-ready amplifier provides independent gain and master volume controls, along with a 2-band EQ and three tube-driven line-outputs optimized for feeding another guitar amplifier or recording console. The trio of line outputs is driven by the preamp tubes—before the master volume—allowing the player to tame the on-board speaker down from gig volume to be used as a bedroom rig, as well as an all-tube outboard gain/reverb effect unit and direct recording preamp. The WET output provides 100% wet reverb signal; the DRY output provides 100% dry signal from the preamp; and the MIX output carries a blend of dry and reverb signals that can be attenuated by a variable level control on the MIX output. When the WET output is used, the reverb signal is removed from the onboard speaker output, allowing the player to pass the reverb sound along to another amplifier while still hearing the gain from the 1605R’s tube preamp in the onboard 8” speaker. When the DRY output is used, the unaffected sound of the guitar is removed from the onboard speaker output, allowing the player to pass the gained up dry sound along to another amplifier while still hearing the reverb effect in the onboard 8” speaker. In order to capture the sound of the vintage Jensen speaker found in the original Supro amps of the early 1960s, the 1605R Reverb model features a custom-made 8” speaker that was designed by Eminence and Supro with help from Iowa State University, where we were able to laser scan and recreate the speaker cone from a “golden sample” of a Jensen speaker from our favorite vintage Supro amplifier. Although the Reverb 1 x 8 is marketed as a guitar amp, it makes an amazing harmonica amp - it's portable, great sounding, and has the sort of vintage overdrive and reverb sounds usually only found on hyper expensive original 1960s amps. Perfect for pairing with our Bulletini microphones.... Read more

Supro 1606 Super 1 x 8 Amp

Supro 1606 Super 1 x 8 Amp

£733.99

Out of stock

The Supro 1606 Super 1 x 8 Amp is a reissue of the iconic  1 x8 combo amp made by Supro in the early 1960s. With a single volume knob—and nothing else—the Supro Super lets you hear the full tonal range of the tube preamp found in vintage Supro amplifiers. The purposeful absence of EQ controls in this amp’s original design eliminates the passive components that inevitably weigh down the raw power coming from the preamp when a tone knob is included in the circuit. The no-frills, high-gain preamp found in the Supro Super feeds directly into a Class A, 6V6-equipped, single-ended, 5-Watt power amp that dates to the company’s pre-war origins as one of the first American tube amp manufacturers. The pristine, high-gain audio path of the Supro Super has made it a favorite of recording artists and guitar-lovers around the world, as well as one of the most popular vintage Supro items on the used market. The image of a mic’d up vintage Supro 1606 Super amp is featured prominently in the liner notes of the 2016 Rolling Stones album, Blue and Lonesome, revealed as the CD is lifted from the jewel case. The voicing of this USA-assembled reissue of the Supro Super amplifier was meticulously derived from a vintage example loaned to Supro USA by Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry. To capture the sound of the vintage Jensen speaker found in the original Supro amps of the early 1960s, the 1606 Super features a custom-made 8” speaker that was designed by Eminence and Supro USA with help from Iowa State University, where Supro was able to laser scan and recreate the speaker cone from a “golden sample” of their favorite vintage Jensen speaker. Although the Super 1 x 8 is marketed as a guitar amp, it makes an amazing harmonica amp - it's portable, great sounding, and has the sort of overdrive sound that only true Class A amps can offer. Perfect for pairing with our Bulletini microphones.... Read more
